Blender Shorts Animator

We create 30–50-second, character-driven 3D YouTube Shorts for Miles Motivation. Our videos tell emotional stories about athletes, underdogs, sacrifice and incredible comebacks. We provide the completed script, voice-over and storyboard. You will handle the complete Blender production process: - Create or source the required characters, environments and props - Build and assemble each scene - Animate the characters - Handle cinematography, lighting, shading and rendering - Sync the finished animation with the provided voice-over This is not only a character-animation role. You must be comfortable creating complete videos from the supplied pre-production materials. Existing assets may sometimes be provided, but you will usually be responsible for building or sourcing what each video requires. Workload - 30–50 seconds per video - At least 6 completed videos per month - Consistent, long-term remote work - Short paid test task for shortlisted candidates Compensation $1,000–$2,000 per month, depending on your quality, speed and experience.

Requirements

Strong Blender and character-animation skills - Ability to create or adapt characters, environments and props - Strong storytelling, pacing and composition - Ability to communicate emotion through animation - Reliable communication and consistent delivery - Ability to follow scripts, voice-overs, storyboards and feedback - Blender must be your primary production software Deliverables for Each Short - Final 1080 × 1920 vertical video with the voice-over synchronized - Organized Blender project file with all necessary assets packed or linked - Preview playblast for feedback before final rendering Include in Your Proposal 1. Your portfolio and the single example that best demonstrates your character animation, storytelling and camera work 2. Your typical turnaround time for one 30–50-second Short 3. Your expected monthly rate for at least 6 videos 4. Confirmation that you can handle the complete Blender pipeline, including creating or sourcing the required characters, environments and props If your portfolio is a strong match, we will invite you to complete a small paid test task before beginning the long-term collaboration.
