About the job

I have a mineral prospect in Western Australia that now requires an exploration report prepared by someone with at least ten years of professional geology experience, ideally in precious and base metals . The core of the assignment is geological mapping—surface and subsurface interpretations as well as clear identification of mineral deposit locations and importantly highlight the potential prospectively—integrated into a well-structured technical document that an investor or regulatory body can review with confidence. What I will supply: • All existing field notes, drill logs, and geophysical data in digital format. All of the previous and historical reports • GIS base layers and coordinate reference information. • Photographs and previous reconnaissance summaries. What I need from you: 1. A mineral exploration report (Word & PDF) that weaves my previous site works activity and sampling etc into a coherent narrative, including methodology, observations, interpretations, and conclusions. 2. High resolution geological maps showing surface units, projected subsurface structures, and pinpointed mineralised zones; GIS deliverables (shp or geodatabase) alongside print-ready plates. 3. Cross-sections or block models where applicable to illustrate subsurface geology. 4. An executive summary highlighting exploration potential and next-stage recommendations. Acceptance criteria: • Mapping must be georeferenced to the supplied coordinate grid and include a clear legend, scale bar, and north arrow. • Interpretations must tie back to evidence (drill data, outcrop descriptions, or geophysics) with citations in text. • Report language: concise, professional English suitable for submission to investors or governmental regulators. Familiarity with ArcGIS or QGIS, Leapfrog or similar modelling software, and standard resource reporting terminology (JORC, NI 43-101, or SAMREC) will be advantageous. If you have the depth of experience and the technical writing skills, I’m ready to collaborate and will be available to answer project-specific questions promptly.
