About the job

FREELANCE ELEARNING COURSE DEVELOPER Staff-Only BELD Practitioner Training Lymph Flow Adelaide is seeking an experienced freelance eLearning instructional designer/course developer to build a polished, private staff-training course using Google Classroom and Google Forms. This is an internal practitioner-training course for approximately one new trainee per year. It is not currently being developed for public sale, so we need a professional but cost-effective system without an ongoing LMS subscription. ABOUT THE COURSE The course teaches Lymph Flow’s Bio-Electro Lymphatic Drainage (BELD) treatment protocols. The approved clinical and practical content has already been developed across four comprehensive training modules: 1. Understand the Body 2. Understand the Device 3. Understand the Client 4. Perform the Treatment A complete e-course structure, lesson breakdown and initial visual-aid package have also been prepared. The successful freelancer will be responsible for professionally building and presenting the supplied content—not independently rewriting, simplifying, fact-checking or changing the established treatment protocols. PROJECT SCOPE The course currently includes: * Four structured training modules. * Approximately 31 individual lessons. * Four end-of-module knowledge checks. * A final theory assessment. * Practical demonstration-video positions. * Practitioner checkpoints. * Treatment and equipment checklists. * In-person practical competency assessments. * Staff completion records. * BELD Practitioner completion certificate. REQUIRED DELIVERABLES * Create a private Google Classroom for Lymph Flow BELD Practitioner Training. * Organise the course into the supplied module and lesson structure. * Convert the supplied lesson content into clear, engaging online learning activities. * Upload and organise the four training manuals as reference resources. * Insert the supplied anatomical illustrations, diagrams, charts and visual aids into the appropriate lessons. * Build module quizzes and the final theory assessment in Google Forms. * Configure automatic marking where questions have one definitive answer. * Clearly flag questions requiring manual trainer review. * Establish a practical, sequential course progression. * Create completion instructions and progress records. * Add placeholders for practical treatment-demonstration videos. * Insert the completed videos once supplied. * Add the practical competency and trainer sign-off process. * Create or format the course completion certificate. * Ensure Sarah retains full ownership and editing access. * Provide a short administrator handover guide showing how to enrol a trainee, review quiz results, release content and record completion. CONTENT PROTECTION All supplied BELD protocols, terminology, treatment sequences, contraindications, assessment questions and practitioner instructions must be retained accurately. No clinical wording, claims, treatment order or established terminology may be changed without written approval. The freelancer must be comfortable working under these conditions and treating the supplied manuals as the content authority. VISUAL STYLE The course should feel polished, calm, premium and consistent with the Lymph Flow brand. Brand direction includes: * Luxe, editorial presentation. * Generous white space. * Deep and moss green. * Restrained gold details. * Clear, uncluttered lesson layouts. * Professional wellness and practitioner-training aesthetic. * No generic spa styling or inaccurate stock imagery. IDEAL EXPERIENCE The ideal freelancer will have experience in: * eLearning instructional design. * Google Classroom and Google Forms. * Health, wellness, clinical or practitioner education. * Adult learning and competency-based training. * Quiz and assessment development. * Organising video, manuals and visual resources. * Building internal staff-training programs. * Working carefully with approved or controlled content. Experience with medical or anatomical education is desirable but not essential if you can work accurately with supplied illustrations. This role does not require the freelancer to independently provide clinical advice or determine BELD protocols. PROJECT ARRANGEMENT * Freelance, project-based engagement. * Remote applicants are welcome. * Fixed-price quotes are preferred. * All source files, editable materials and administrator access must be transferred to Lymph Flow upon completion. * Applicants must identify any external software or ongoing costs before work begins. * The course should remain practical to maintain without a paid monthly LMS subscription. TO APPLY Please provide: 1. A short explanation of your eLearning experience. 2. Examples of courses or staff-training programs you have built. 3. Specific experience with Google Classroom and Google Forms. 4. Your approach to working with approved content that cannot be independently changed. 5. Your fixed-price quote or estimated project range. 6. Your anticipated completion timeframe. 7. What you would require from Lymph Flow before beginning. 8. Confirmation that all editable files and course ownership will be handed over. 9. Details of any ongoing costs you believe would be required. SCREENING QUESTIONS * Have you previously built a complete course in Google Classroom? * Can you create self-marking and manually reviewed assessments in Google Forms? * How would you organise a course containing theory, video demonstrations and in-person practical competency assessments? * How would you manage sequential progression within Google Classroom’s limitations? * Are you comfortable preserving supplied clinical content exactly unless a change is approved? * Can you provide a simple administrator handover so we can operate the course ourselves? Please include “Lymph Flow BELD Course” in your application.
