Virtual Assistant for Christian Consulting Business

I'm looking for a VA to help with administration, business development and management. It starts with 1 hour per day Mon-Fri. 30 min morning and 30 min end of day. Available around 9am and 4pm est. For the right candidate who is faithful with this task, this can grow into much more. My business is new and very unique -it's Christian consulting specifically bringing the priestly ministry to the corporate space and connecting Kingdom entrepreneurs with the supernatural grace of God that creates outlier results. I'm just starting and I don't currently have much of a system at all right now. I'm building on Linkedin. The right VA will catch my vision and mission and help me organize and direct my daily tasks to keep things moving forward with the most efficiency. In the beginning it will be primarily keeping me focused. Beginning of day plan and end of day wrap up so that my mind stays clear and organized. Also provide weekly reports, wins and things to improve, etc. I am an idea person and love creating but I need someone to keep me grounded and focused on tasks. I'm great at creating. I'm not good at staying consistent, so I need someone to help me stay consistent with certain things but also pick up tasks and handle the consistency so that I can be more free to create. Eventually duties will develop into: -Calendar, scheduling -Client communications, follow up -Research -Email management -Networking - especially for joint ventures. Even better if you can handle marketing, social media, outreach, etc. but that's not at all priority right now. The main thing is to keep me focused and help direct my energy - I want to be able to just throw you an idea or client conversation and have you be able to organize and manage it so I can be free to flow in my zone. The ideal candidate should have a personal relationship with Jesus Christ and be passionate about the mission.
