About the job

I need a modern-styled navy ring modelled in 3D, destined for silver casting and accented with gemstones. The design should balance clean contemporary lines with subtle naval cues—think streamlined silhouettes rather than ornate anchors—so the finished piece feels fresh yet unmistakably connected to the sea-service tradition. Please work directly in a jewellery-oriented CAD package such as Rhino, MatrixGold, ZBrush, or an equivalent that outputs watertight STL files. I intend to send the model straight to a printer and then to a silversmith, so every edge, prong, and seat for the stones has to be production-ready at true scale. Key points to keep in mind • Metal: solid sterling silver • Accent: one or more gemstones integrated into the top face or shoulders—open to your creative placement as long as the stones remain secure and practical for daily wear • Style references: sleek, minimal profiles; no vintage filigree or heavy traditional ornament Deliverables • Final 3D mesh in STL (and 3DM) suitable for direct printing • Native design file from your chosen software so minor size tweaks remain possible • High-resolution renders from at least three angles showing gemstone colour, metal finish, and overall proportions Acceptance criteria The STL must pass standard print-check utilities without manifold or wall-thickness errors, and gem seats must match standard round-brilliant cuts (please specify millimetre size used). Once I verify the model in Netfabb/PreForm and approve the visuals, the project is complete.
