About the job

I have a medium-sized patch design (right in the 3-to-5-inch range) that needs to be converted into a clean, production-ready PES embroidery file. The artwork is essentially circular, but it carries a small banner on the top and another on the bottom, so the stitch path must flow smoothly around those contours without puckering. The finished file will carry several thread colors—definitely three or more—so I will rely on you to assign sensible thread sequence, color stops, and underlay settings that will keep registration tight. Please optimize density and pull compensation for a standard uniform-weight twill; I run a Brother embroidery machine and can test-sew immediately, so any tweaks we uncover can be turned around fast. Deliverable: • PES file ready to load and stitch, complete with color chart and total stitch count. If you digitize in Wilcom, Hatch, or a comparable professional tool, just let me know. I’ll provide the source artwork the moment we start. Looking forward to a tidy file I can hoop and run without surprises.
