About the job

We are looking for an experienced Appointment Setter / SDR to help us connect with U.S.-based Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance agencies/Brokers. This project operates on a pay-per-appointment basis, offering $20 for each qualified appointment.

Responsibilities

* Research and identify potential U.S. P&C insurance agencies * Contact agency owners, principals, producers, and operations managers * Conduct cold outreach through phone * Introduce our services in a professional and simple way * Qualify prospects based on their current staffing and operational needs * Schedule qualified meetings with our team * Maintain accurate prospect and follow-up records * Follow up consistently with interested prospects * Provide a brief daily/weekly activity report Ideal Candidate: * Previous experience in appointment setting, SDR, B2B cold calling, or lead generation * Experience targeting U.S. businesses * Strong spoken and written English * Comfortable speaking with business owners and decision-makers * Able to handle cold outreach and follow-ups professionally * Insurance industry experience is a plus but not mandatory * Must be reliable and capable of working during U.S. business hours. Target Market: Industry: Property & Casualty Insurance Location: United States Target contacts: Agency Owners, Principals, CEOs, Producers, Operations Managers. ### Main Goal: The primary goal is **qualified appointments** at $20 per appointment—not simply sending a large volume of messages. Please include in your proposal: 1. Your previous appointment-setting/SDR experience. 2. Experience working with U.S. clients. 3. The channels you have used—Phone, LinkedIn, Email, etc. 4. How many qualified meetings you typically generate per month. 5. A short example of your cold outreach approach.
