SaaS CRM UI/UX Design

I’m building an ERP SaaS Platform and need a complete UI/UX overhaul for the public site and the logged-in web app. Brand colors and user flows exist, but the visual language, interaction patterns, and overall usability still need to be shaped into a coherent, production-ready experience. The schedule is tight—delivery within a month—so I’m looking for rapid, collaborative iteration in Figma (or a comparable tool). Accessibility (WCAG 2.1 AA), responsive layouts, and a clean, component-based design system are must-haves, along with thoughtful micro-interaction notes for engineers. Deliverables • Low-fidelity user-flow maps and wireframes for all key screens • High-fidelity, responsive mock-ups in Figma with reusable components • Clickable prototype covering core CRM tasks (lead creation, pipeline updates, reporting, settings) • Design-system file: typography, colors, spacing, iconography, interaction specs • Final asset export and dev-hand-off documentation Acceptance criteria • Critical actions reachable in three clicks or fewer from the main dashboard • All text and interactive elements meet WCAG 2.1 AA contrast guidelines • Figma files organized with clearly named frames, auto-layout, and component variants • Prototype passes an internal five-user usability check If you’ve shipped polished SaaS dashboards before, especially on tight timelines, I’d love to see a couple of your strongest examples.
