About the job

I was prescribed metoclopramide (Reglan) for an extended period and now intend to pursue an Ohio medical-malpractice claim arising from that prolonged exposure. All of my pertinent medical records—hospital charts, prescribing history, pharmacy logs, and imaging—are already in hand, so you will have immediate access to the full evidentiary file. Here is what I need from you: • A written, attorney-client–privileged evaluation of the viability of the malpractice claim, including statute-of-limitations analysis and identification of potential defendants. • A clear outline of every pleading, affidavit of merit, certificate of consultation, or other document you are personally authorized to draft, sign, and file on my behalf in the Court of Common Pleas and, if warranted, the corresponding federal district court. • Guidance on next procedural steps, ranging from expert-witness engagement to settlement discussions. To be considered, please begin your proposal with the following mandatory information: 1. Your full legal name. 2. Each state in which you are licensed to practice, along with the corresponding bar-registration number(s). 3. Confirmation of admission (or planned local-counsel arrangement) for the U.S. District Court covering Ohio. 4. A short statement explaining how you will handle electronic filing without requiring my personal login credentials. Only attorneys actively licensed in the United States will be reviewed. If that describes you, I look forward to your credentials and an overview of how you would proceed with my Ohio medical-malpractice action.
