Deliverables • Complete 3D scene with geospatial accuracy and high-resolution PBR textures • One master fly-through (1080p or higher, 60 fps) plus cut-down edits for socials • Optimised web build so stakeholders can pan around the model in real time after viewing the animation Acceptance criteria • Buildings, streets, and key landmarks match provided GIS/CAD footprints within ±10 cm • Texture fidelity holds up at a 2 m viewing distance • Final video runs error-free on standard playback, and the interactive version loads in under 15 seconds on a typical broadband connection Timeline is flexible but I’d like first previews two weeks after kickoff, with final delivery in roughly six weeks.
