I need a code-compliant fire-sprinkler layout drawn up for my place of business. The premises are under 1200 sq ft and, unfortunately, I have no existing architectural drawings, so the project will start from a blank slate. You will either have to create a base floor plan from site measurements (which I can help gather or arrange virtually) or advise me on the exact data you require. I expect a complete, permit-ready package that satisfies News York City jurisdiction’s adoption of NFPA 13 and any local amendments. The final documents must be suitable for submission to both the building department and my chosen sprinkler contractor.
