Part-Time Rugby Outreach & Referral Partner — Commission Based About The Rugby Guyd The Rugby Guyd is a South African rugby development and exposure platform working with players, coaches, schools, clubs and organisations across the rugby industry. We and our partner company are established and highly regarded within our respective areas of the rugby industry, and are positioned among the leading organisations in what we do. We work with, and are connected to, some of the biggest names, organisations and brands in rugby. We are now looking for a part-time freelancer to help us introduce one of our partner services to relevant rugby organisations.

The Role

Your role is simple: find the right rugby organisations, introduce them to the service, and generate successful referrals. You will: Find relevant rugby clubs, academies, schools/school rugby programmes and rugby coaches Identify the appropriate contact person and their email address Send a short, professional introduction using a message provided by us Introduce The Rugby Guyd and our partner company Briefly explain what the partner company does and how it can benefit the organisation Provide the relevant link Encourage them to use the free trial Let them know they can contact us if they need help getting started or want to make the most of the platform Keep a simple record of who you have contacted so we can track outreach and avoid duplicate contact You will be provided with the approved outreach message and all the information you need about the partner service. You do not need to create your own sales pitch or provide technical support. How The Referral Works Find organisation → Send introduction → Organisation tries the platform → Organisation signs up → We are notified → You receive your referral fee The focus is on reaching relevant rugby organisations and making the initial introduction. You are not expected to handle complicated sales, close deals or provide ongoing support. Commission You will receive £50 for every successful referral. There is no fixed hourly requirement. This is a flexible, performance-based opportunity where your earning potential is directly linked to the successful referrals you generate. For freelancers who consistently produce strong results, there is potential for: Performance bonuses for reaching agreed referral targets Increased responsibility and ongoing work Moving towards a monthly retainer + performance-based commission arrangement The initial arrangement will be part-time and performance-based, allowing both sides to test the working relationship and results. What We Are Looking For You should be: Reliable and self-motivated Comfortable communicating professionally by email Good at online research and finding the correct contacts Organised and able to keep a simple outreach list Consistent with outreach and follow-up Comfortable working independently Experience in rugby, sports, sales, marketing, lead generation or outreach is beneficial but not essential. You do not need to be a rugby expert — you simply need to be able to identify relevant rugby organisations and communicate professionally.
