I shoot a lot of outdoor footage on the road—sunrises over ridgelines, misty forests, sweeping drone passes—and I want each trip turned into tight 30- to 90-second vertical reels, optimised for Instagram. The raw material arrives as a mix of 4K B-roll and recorded narration; your task is to weave it into a visually striking story that balances quick, rhythmic cuts with smoother cinematic moments. Visual aesthetics come first: rich colour work, tasteful overlays, and on-brand motion graphics. Clean on-screen typography will carry key location names and short quotes that dovetail with the voiceover. While the primary audio bed is my recorded narration, subtle environmental sound and a light musical layer should breathe underneath without crowding the track. My workflow is Adobe-centric (Premiere Pro + After Effects), but DaVinci Resolve is fine if it achieves the same polish. I’ll provide branded lower-third templates and font files; you handle timing, transitions, and audio levelling. Deliverables for each reel • 1080×1920 MP4 (H.264), 30 fps, ≤90 s, ready to upload • Separate clean version without captions for repurposing • Project file (Premiere / Resolve) with organised bins and non-destructive edits A reel is approved when colour grading is consistent, text is legible on mobile, voiceover is perfectly synced, and the cut flows smoothly from first frame to last swipe.
