Deliverables • A concise test plan outlining scope, environments, and risk areas • Executed test cases with clear pass/fail evidence (screenshots or logs) • A living bug tracker entry for each defect, prioritised and reproducible • A final summary report highlighting coverage achieved, critical findings, and release readiness Acceptance criteria: every critical or major issue is documented with steps to reproduce and supporting logs; coverage report shows all core user flows exercised; final sign-off confirms the app meets functional, performance, and usability benchmarks agreed at project start.
