You may decide where colour changes, light highlighting, or underlining enhance readability; I trust your judgment as long as the final sheet looks organised and professional. Expect to receive the following from me: • A Word or PDF document containing the 24 questions and their answers. • An example page that shows roughly the style and spacing I like.
