CAD SolidWorks Expert for Mechanical Design For EPS POD

I’m seeking a skilled mechanical engineer to assist with completing a project focused on mechanical design, specifically the injection/mould design of a moulded EPS (expanded polystyrene) waffle pod. The primary task involves 3D modelling and CAD development using SolidWorks, along with preparing detailed 2D technical drawings that include all dimensions, tolerances, and specifications required by the mould maker. I need someone with expertise in creating precise and detailed models to help bring the project to completion. Key Requirements: - Proficiency in SolidWorks for 3D modeling and CAD - Ability to create accurate and detailed mechanical designs - Experience in mechanical design projects - STEP files must be produced - EPS/Foam Moulding experience a must but Plastic Inject moulding experience with understanding of EPS moulding is considered Ideal Skills and Experience: - Strong background in mechanical engineering with a focus on design - Proven experience with SolidWorks software - Attention to detail and ability to meet project specifications If you have proven expertise in SolidWorks, mechanical design, and plastic injection moulding, I’d be interested in hearing from you.
