About the job

I want a reliable, easy-to-use tool that can log in to my personal Freelancer.com account and submit project bids in bulk. The core idea is simple: instead of me pasting the same proposal over and over, the software should search for new listings that match keywords I define, fill in a pre-written template (with a few dynamic fields such as project title, employer name, or budget), and press “Bid” for me— all while staying within the platform’s rate limits so my account remains safe. Here’s how I picture it working: • Secure login and token handling so my credentials are never exposed • A panel where I can save and edit multiple proposal templates • Search filters for keywords, budget range, and project type • Automatic or scheduled bid submission in batches I control • A log that shows which jobs were applied to, with timestamps and links • Pause, resume, and manual override at any point I’m flexible on whether this lives as a desktop app, a lightweight web dashboard, or a headless browser/CLI script—whichever delivers consistent results. Technologies like Python, Selenium, Playwright, Puppeteer, or direct API calls are all fine; stability matters more than the stack. There’s no hard deadline, so take the time needed to build something maintainable and well-documented. Please include examples of past work that show you’ve tackled similar automation, scraping, or browser-control projects; that track record will weigh heavily in my decision. Deliverables 1. Full source code with clear comments 2. Setup/installation instructions or deployment script 3. A short demo (screenshots or video) proving the software can locate jobs and place bids automatically I’m ready to answer any platform-specific questions once development starts and can test early builds on my own account.
