We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Proofreader/Editor to review and edit educational textbooks before publication.Project Requirements The selected freelancer will be responsible for: Proofreading educational textbook content Correcting spelling and grammatical errors Improving sentence structure and readability Checking punctuation and formatting consistency Identifying typing and factual/obvious language errors Ensuring consistency in headings, terminology, and style Making basic editorial corrections while maintaining the original meaning Reviewing the final document carefully before submission Who We’re Looking For Previous experience in proofreading, editing, or educational content Excellent command of English grammar and spelling Strong attention to detail Ability to follow formatting and editing guidelines Experience working with books, textbooks, eBooks, or academic content is preferred Ability to meet deadlines and communicate clearly Project Details The work will involve educational textbook documents of varying page counts.
