Because we rely on WhatsApp’s own Balasan Cepat feature, you should already be comfortable using WhatsApp Business shortcuts so response times stay under a few minutes. All messages are in Indonesian, with the occasional English question, so solid Indonesian and at least basic reading comprehension in English will help. Your deliverable is live customer support during the agreed-upon hours plus a concise end-of-shift note that flags any issues I need to review myself.
