I need a full set of structural load calculations for a fire-rated ULC cold-formed-steel roof assembly that slopes between 0 ° and 15 °, including the attached partial parapet. The work must comply strictly with the National Building Code of Canada (NBC). The report has to quantify and combine all governing actions—dead load, live load, snow load, seismic forces and wind uplift—so that I can pass them straight to my engineer of record and the authority having jurisdiction without further adjustment. Please make sure the calculations reflect: • A cold-formed steel (CFS) framing system, including any diaphragm or bracing effects. • NBC snow and rain-on-snow provisions for the project’s location (I will supply site data sheet once we start). • Seismic parameters per NBC Part 4 for light-steel structures. • Wind uplift on both the 12.5 degree sloped roof surface and the parapet, tied back to NBC dynamic pressure coefficients. • Load combinations required by NBC, with intermediate summaries that show governing cases. Deliverables: 1. A clear, step-by-step calculation package (PDF) with references to the exact NBC clauses used. 2. An editable spreadsheet (Excel) or calculation file so values can be reviewed or re-run if the geometry changes. 3. A brief commentary page highlighting the controlling load combination and critical sections. Clarity and traceability are more important to me than presentation graphics; however, feel free to include concise sketches or diagrams if they help the reader follow the load paths.
