Throughout this time, the Delivery team has been at the forefront of industry-leading migrations, setting a new standard for what business transformation can look like. Client Delivery sits at the heart of Kraken’s transformation journeys, at the intersection of our clients and the product and engineering teams building Kraken 🚀 We lead conversations around our clients’ most important needs, help them unlock the value of Kraken and turn complex challenges into opportunities to evolve the platform, keeping Kraken innovative, relevant and ahead of where the energy market is going. It’s a high-impact, hands-on team where you’ll influence both our clients transformation and what Kraken becomes next 💡 As a Global Practice Lead, you’ll shape and lead your practice globally, working closely with Regional Practice Leads in your team across EMEA, the US and APAC to set the global direction for the practice, drive consistency and excellence across regions, and bring together insights from our people, clients and markets to influence how we deliver and how Kraken evolves. 🚀 What you'll own As a Global Practice Lead at Kraken , you will set the global direction for your practice and be accountable for its performance, capability and evolution across regions. You will lead and develop Regional Practice Leads and their teams, ensuring that Kraken delivers consistently high standards for clients globally while adapting to different markets and client needs. Operating at the intersection of Delivery, Product, Engineering and our clients , you will identify patterns across markets, influence Kraken’s strategy and product direction, and build the structures, capabilities and talent needed for the practice to scale successfully. Global Vision & Strategy: Define and own the global vision and strategy for your practice, translating Kraken’s broader objectives into clear priorities, standards and outcomes across regions. Leadership & People Development: Lead, coach and develop Regional Practice Leads and senior delivery leaders, building a strong leadership layer and ensuring consistent expectations around performance, development and team health globally. Global Delivery Excellence: Own the overall quality and effectiveness of delivery within your practice, identifying systemic risks and opportunities and ensuring consistently high standards across regions, clients and programs. Client & Product Strategy: Represent global client needs within Kraken, identifying patterns across markets and partnering closely with Product and Engineering leadership to influence product strategy, prioritize scalable solutions and maximize adoption of Kraken’s core capabilities. Global TTV & Transformation Outcomes: Drive improvements in Time to Value and client outcomes across the global portfolio, using insights across migrations and BAU engagements to continuously improve how Kraken delivers. Global Capacity & Workforce Strategy: Own the long-term capability and capacity strategy for the practice, partnering with regional leaders and Talent to anticipate demand, identify skills gaps and ensure the right expertise is available in the right markets. Executive Client Engagement: Build trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders globally and step into the most strategic or complex engagements where senior leadership, alignment or intervention is required. Strategic Escalation & Decision-Making: Act as a senior escalation point for complex, cross-regional challenges, bringing together the right stakeholders and removing organizational, product or delivery blockers. Practice Expertise & Standards: Define what excellence looks like within your practice, establishing global methodologies, standards and best practices while allowing appropriate flexibility for regional and client-specific needs. Organizational Influence: Partner with senior leaders across Delivery, Product, Engineering and other functions to shape decisions that affect clients, delivery strategy and the future development of the practice. Cross-Regional Learning & Scale: Ensure knowledge, successful delivery patterns and lessons learned move effectively across regions, turning individual client experiences into improvements that benefit Kraken globally.
