Professional Email Research & Verification.

We are seeking an experienced contact research specialist to identify and verify the current professional/business email addresses of approximately 50–70 fintech advisors. We will provide an Excel/Google Sheet containing the advisor names and their LinkedIn profile URLs. No additional advisor sourcing or lead generation is required.The scope of this project is specifically to research and verify the professional email address for each advisor listed in the provided sheet. Scope of Work: Research the most current professional/business email address for each advisor Verify that each email address is valid and deliverable Ensure each email is accurately matched to the correct individual Prioritize official company, fund, or business-domain email addresses where available Avoid guessed, outdated, duplicate, catch-all, or unverified email addresses Use reliable email research and verification tools Deliverables: Add verified professional/business emails to the provided sheet Include email verification status Mark contacts where a verified email cannot be found Return the completed sheet in the same format Proposal Requirements: When submitting your bid, please include: Your experience with professional contact and email research The tools and methods you use to identify and verify email addresses Your expected turnaround time for 50–70 contacts Your total price for the project Quality Expectations: Accuracy and data quality are our primary priorities. We are looking for current, professionally relevant, and properly verified email addresses, rather than simply achieving 100% coverage. Experience researching contacts within fintech, financial services, investment, venture capital, startups, or technology will be preferred.
