Job Description: I am looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to help me apply for jobs every day on a consistent basis. Workload & Schedule Submit 100 job applications / bids per day 6 days per week (Monday–Saturday, Sunday off) This is a long-term position Compensation Fixed monthly rate: $100 USD Performance bonus based on the number of interview invitations generated Once you are actively supporting the first successful job offer process, your salary will increase to 1.5× starting from that month After I get hired, we will continue working together long-term on related tasks Responsibilities You will handle a ~60% automated workflow, including: - Searching for relevant job openings - Tailoring CVs / resumes to match job descriptions - Preparing and submitting applications / bids - Checking and organizing related emails - Tracking applications and interview invitations - Following up when needed Requirements - Experience in job applications, freelancing platforms, or virtual assistance preferred - Strong attention to detail and ability to customize applications - Reliable internet connection and ability to work independently - Good English communication skills - Comfortable with tools for job search, document editing, and email management - Consistent daily output (100 applications/day) What I’m Looking For Someone who is disciplined, proactive, and can maintain quality while meeting the daily volume. This is not a short-term gig — I’m looking for a long-term partner.
