About the job

I’m looking to have a small web app built that plugs straight into our monday.com workspace and lets me see, at a glance, who can take on more work over the next six weeks. Here’s what I need the finished tool to do: • Rolling calendar view – six weeks visible at all times, scrolling forward day-by-day. • Quick project assignment – drag or pick a project and drop it onto one or more people. • Automatic colour coding – each team member keeps their own colour across the whole board so overlaps are obvious. • Two-level access – admins (create projects, reassign work, edit colours) and team members (view their own allocations). I’d like the interface to feel familiar to anyone who already lives in monday.com: columns for dates, expandable rows for people, hover pop-ups for project details. A lightweight backend is fine (Firebase, Supabase, or even a simple Node/Express + SQLite stack); what matters is that it loads quickly in a browser and writes back to monday.com via their API so we’re always working from a single source of truth. You’ll hand over: • A deploy-ready web app (Git repo + clear README). • Setup script or instructions for connecting our monday.com API key. • Brief video or live walk-through so the team can see it in action. If something here isn’t clear, let me know and we can tighten the scope before you start coding.
