I’m building a small consumer-electronics project and need a purpose-built, rectangular PCB that can drive an induction heater at up to 100 W. The board must accept power from either a standard DC adapter or a USB-C PD or DC source, automatically negotiating or routing whichever is connected. Power control is intentionally simple: ten individual LEDs indicate output in 10 W increments (10 W – 100 W), and a single rotary dial steps the power up or down in those same 10 W stages. No screen, menus, or extras—just clean, reliable hardware. What I expect from you • Complete schematic with component values, coil connection, gate-drive stage, protection (over-current / over-temp), and USB-C PD or DC supply trigger circuitry. • PCB layout ready for fabrication, sized to a practical rectangular footprint that still manages thermals at 100 W. • Bill of materials with part numbers that are actually orderable today. • Simple microcontroller or discrete logic code (if required) that lights each LED at the correct power step and handles the rotary input. Acceptance checklist 1. Board delivers 100 W continuously from either input without exceeding safe component ratings. 2. LEDs change accurately in 10 W steps when the dial is turned. 3. No display or extra UI elements are present. 4. Gerbers, BOM, and any firmware compile and simulate or test cleanly. If you’ve designed induction heater drivers, USB-C PD or DC supply power stages, or high-current compact boards before, I’d love to see a quick note or example when you bid.
