Commercial HVAC Design Specialist

I'm seeking an experienced HVAC designer for a commercial project. The system will be a split type, and will need to be designed for retail areas and residential apartments. Key requirements: - Design for both retail areas and residential apartments - Expertise in split HVAC systems - Experience with commercial HVAC design - Must be a Wisconsin-registered architect, professional engineer, or appropriately qualified certified Designer of Engineering Systems to prepare, sign, seal, and date the required HVAC plans and calculations. Ideal Skills and Experience: - Proven HVAC design experience - Knowledge of building codes and regulations - Strong design software proficiency - Excellent problem-solving skills The design professional must evaluate the installed system for code compliance, including ventilation requirements, and identify any necessary corrections.
