Prototype CAD for Wearable Housings -- 2

We need prototype-ready 3D CAD for two connected wearable housings: a thin, lightweight forehead sensor puck worn just below the hairline, and a rechargeable hub clipped to clothing at the collar. A cable runs from the puck behind the ear to the hub; the hub is not a storage dock. The design should be attractive but functional, with realistic PCB and battery space, optical openings and light shielding at the puck, cable strain relief, a collar clip, and access for assembly and testing. Begin with a provisional layout, then make one fit revision after the electronics engineer confirms component positions and interfaces. Deliverables: editable parametric CAD and STEP files for both housings; assembled and exploded views; print-ready STLs; and simple dimensioned drawings showing wall thicknesses, clearances and fastening. Please state your CAD platform, turnaround and price, including whether a physical print/test-fit is included. Acceptance: files can be opened and 3D printed, the housings can be assembled around the agreed electronics, and the cable route and optical openings align with the reviewed design. Do not assume final PCB dimensions, a puck-to-hub docking fit, or injection-mould tooling requirements at this stage.
