Experienced Co-Listing Agent for Short-Term Rentals

We are looking for an experienced Co-Listing Agent / Short-Term Rental Specialist to provide freelance support for short-term rental properties. The ideal freelancer has hands-on experience with vacation rentals, Airbnb, co-hosting, property management, hospitality, or related operations.

Responsibilities

Review and improve short-term rental listing information. Help optimize listing titles, descriptions, amenities, and guest-facing content. Organize property information and operational details. Prepare and improve guest communication templates. Support guest communication when assigned. Organize check-in and check-out information. Research comparable short-term rental properties. Provide practical recommendations for listing presentation and operations. Maintain clear task notes and progress updates. Identify issues requiring client attention. Ideal candidate We are particularly interested in freelancers who have worked as Airbnb hosts, co-hosts, short-term rental managers, vacation-rental managers, property-management assistants, or hospitality professionals. Strong communication, organization, reliability, and attention to detail are essential. This is a legitimate freelance project. Any activity involving a third-party platform must be authorized and comply with that platform's applicable rules.
