B2B Sales Rep for AI Resume Builder

We are looking for an experienced **Freelance Sales Representative / Business Development Executive** to help us sell our **AI-powered Resume Builder SaaS software** to businesses and professionals. This is a **remote freelance opportunity** with flexible working hours. ## About the Product We have developed an AI-powered Resume Builder SaaS platform that businesses can use to provide resume-building and career-related services to their customers. Our target customers include: * Resume writing businesses * Career consultants and coaches * Recruitment agencies * HR consultants * Job portals * Freelancers offering resume services * Entrepreneurs looking to start an online resume business * Other businesses interested in launching their own SaaS platform ## Your Responsibilities * Identify and generate potential B2B leads * Find prospects through LinkedIn, Google, social media, cold calling, email, WhatsApp, and other channels * Contact and qualify potential customers * Explain our SaaS product and its business benefits * Schedule product demos when required * Follow up with interested prospects * Handle customer questions and objections * Negotiate and close deals * Maintain regular updates on leads and sales * Work independently to achieve sales targets ## Required Skills & Experience * **1+ years of experience** in Sales / Business Development * Experience in **B2B sales, SaaS sales, software sales, or IT services** is preferred * Strong communication and negotiation skills * Good English communication * Experience with lead generation and cold outreach * Ability to convert prospects into paying customers * Strong follow-up and closing skills * Self-motivated and target-oriented * Comfortable working independently as a freelancer Candidates with experience selling **SaaS, software, HR/recruitment products, digital services, or business solutions** will be given preference. ## Compensation We are open to both: **1. Fixed + Commission** * Fixed monthly payment based on experience * Additional commission for every successful sale **2. Commission Based** * No fixed salary * Attractive commission for every successfully closed deal The compensation structure can be discussed based on your **experience, sales skills, and expected performance**. ## Important We are looking for someone who can **actively generate leads and close B2B software sales**, not just make calls from a provided list.
