Everything must be created natively in GoHighLevel—no external tools—so it stays simple for me to edit later. Acceptance criteria • Leads auto-progress from “New” to “Qualified” based on replies or link clicks. • All actions, delays, and conditions are clearly labelled inside the workflow. • Internal email and in-app notifications fire without errors during testing. • The final workflow is active and documented in the account before hand-off.
