I want to get ERPNext up and running in our manufacturing operation, with full use of the dedicated Manufacturing module. The implementation must touch the three pillars we rely on daily—inventory management, production planning, and quality control—so that every material movement, work order, and inspection is captured in one place. My main objective is to streamline these workflows and boost overall efficiency; any configuration decisions should keep that outcome front-of-mind. The system will also need to talk smoothly to our existing CRM. I expect bi-directional data flow so sales forecasts, customer commitments, and production schedules always stay in sync.
