Carbon-Fiber Laptop Back Cover Fabrication

I need a replacement back cover for my Asus ROG Strix GL553VE and I want it produced in a carbon-fibre-reinforced polymer for extra rigidity. My first choices are PA12-CF or PPA-CF; if you have another carbon-fibre-filled nylon blend that machines or prints better, I’m open to hearing why it would be superior, but please keep the mechanical properties in the same ballpark. You will start by creating a clean CAD model of the existing cover. I already have the exact measurements 383 mm x 255 mm x 30 mm (15.07 inches wide x 10.03 inches deep x 1.18 inches high) and can supply detailed photos of every latch, screw post, ventilation slot and port cut-out. Once we confirm the design, you’ll handle printing and any required post-processing so the part is ready to install straight out of the box.
