Single-Layer PCB Prototype Design

I need a clean, single-layer PCB laid out for a proof-of-concept prototype. The circuit is simple, but trace routing, pad sizing, and clear silkscreen labelling still matter because I plan to send the board straight to a quick-turn fab. I will share the schematic, component list, and overall board dimensions once we start; you turn that into production-ready Gerber and drill files, a BOM, and, if your tool supports it, 3D step exports. I have no strict software mandate—Altium Designer, Eagle, KiCad or another package is fine—just make sure the output is industry-standard so any board house can manufacture it without further tweaks. Deliverables will be considered complete when: • Gerber files pass a standard DFM check. • Drill/map files match the layer stack. • BOM references every placed component with footprint and supplier part number. • Board outline and mounting holes meet the mechanical drawing I provide. If you spot ways to simplify routing or cut prototype costs, please flag them during the layout phase.
