Residential Real Estate Sales Representatives

I’m expanding my residential real-estate team and need experienced sales reps who can take prospects from first contact all the way to a signed contract. Your two core responsibilities will be: • Lead generation – identifying, qualifying, and nurturing new buyer and seller prospects through cold outreach, social media, and your own network. • Closing deals – guiding qualified clients through offers, negotiations, and the final paperwork until the transaction is complete. Expect to work with single-family homes, condos, and small multifamily properties in a fast-moving market. I’ll supply brand collateral, MLS access, and training on our CRM; you’ll bring persuasive communication skills, a proven real-estate sales record, and the drive to hit monthly targets.
