On-Site Exam Session Supervisor

I’m coordinating a Brightest professional certification session in Santiago, Chile this coming October 2026 and need an on-site helper for roughly two hours. Your main role will be to supervise candidates throughout the exam, creating a quiet, fair environment from start to finish. Before the doors open, you’ll receive the sealed exam papers and printed instructions from us. Set the materials out in order, greet each attendee, and confirm their identity with a government-issued photo ID. Once everyone is seated, follow our standard professional exam supervision practices: keep phones and notes out of sight, monitor the room unobtrusively, note any incidents, and track time. When the session ends, collect every script, double-check the counts, seal everything in the pre-addressed envelope, and post it back to us with tracking the same day. Deliverables • Smooth, disruption-free supervision in line with Brightest guidelines • Verified ID check for each candidate (government-issued photo ID) • All exam materials returned via tracked post, intact and on time Clear communication, punctuality, and a calm, authoritative presence are essential.
