# URGENT – Senior DevOps / Full-Stack Developer | Paid Technical Audit Within 24–48 Hours | NEVIE-GLOBAL Project: NEVIE-GLOBAL – France & United Kingdom IMMEDIATE START REQUIRED – PAID AUDIT – MAXIMUM 48-HOUR DEADLINE We are urgently seeking an experienced, reliable Senior DevOps / Full-Stack Developer to take over and finalize an existing technical deployment and integration project. NEVIE-GLOBAL operates through two companies in France and the United Kingdom. Our websites are already developed or partially deployed. We do NOT want to rebuild everything from scratch. We need a professional capable of rapidly analyzing our existing infrastructure, identifying technical blockers, completing the remaining integrations, and preparing both websites for full production operation. ## 1. URGENT – PAID TECHNICAL AUDIT Our immediate priority is a complete technical audit of the existing infrastructure. The selected freelancer must: - Be available to start immediately. - Complete the initial technical audit within 24 to 48 hours maximum after receiving the necessary access. - Identify all technical issues, missing integrations and deployment blockers. - Clearly distinguish working components from incomplete or incorrectly configured components. - Provide a written technical audit report. - Present a prioritized corrective action plan. - Estimate the time and cost required to complete the remaining work. THIS IS A PAID AUDIT. We are not requesting unpaid technical work. The agreed audit fee will be paid immediately after the audit has been completed, delivered and validated, in accordance with the payment procedures of Upwork or Freelancer. The audit must be agreed as a separate fixed-price milestone before work begins. Following the audit, we may immediately assign the selected professional the remaining implementation and deployment work under a separate agreed milestone or contract. Our objective is to move quickly, without compromising quality, security or ownership of our infrastructure. ## 2. CURRENT TECHNICAL ENVIRONMENT Our infrastructure includes: - GitHub – source code and repositories - Railway – application hosting and deployments - Hostinger – hosting, domain services and professional emails - IONOS – domain and DNS management where applicable - Vercel – existing or previous deployment configuration to verify - PostgreSQL – database connections to verify - Backend APIs and frontend applications - SMTP and professional email configuration - Shopify – existing e-commerce integration to verify - n8n – automation environment Some services are already operational. Others require verification, correction or final integration. The selected freelancer must work with the existing infrastructure rather than automatically proposing a complete rebuild. ## 3. URGENT TECHNICAL TASKS ### A. GitHub and Deployment - Audit existing repositories and deployment configurations. - Verify GitHub access, permissions and repository ownership. - Connect the correct repositories to Railway. - Verify deployment pipelines and build processes. - Correct deployment errors and environment variables. - Ensure reliable production deployments. ### B. Domains, DNS and SSL - Finalize domain configuration for nevie-global.fr and nevie-global.com. - Verify DNS records between IONOS, Hostinger and deployment platforms. - Correct routing problems and outdated deployments. - Configure root domains and www subdomains. - Verify SSL certificates, HTTPS and redirects. - Ensure both websites load correctly. ### C. Frontend, Backend and Database - Verify frontend/backend communication. - Check API endpoints and environment variables. - Verify PostgreSQL connectivity where applicable. - Identify and correct blocking integration errors. - Ensure core application functions operate in production. ### D. Professional Emails and Forms - Verify professional email configuration. - Check MX, SPF, DKIM and DMARC records. - Configure and test SMTP where required. - Verify contact forms and notifications. - Test email sending and receiving. - Check aliases and forwarding where applicable. ### E. Security, Testing and Stability - Test websites on desktop and mobile. - Check core user journeys and API responses. - Verify HTTPS and security settings. - Review backups and recovery procedures. - Ensure all critical infrastructure remains under NEVIE-GLOBAL-controlled accounts. - Identify critical security risks. ### F. Documentation and Handover - Provide a complete technical audit report. - Document configurations and required corrections. - Identify unresolved risks. - Provide deployment and rollback instructions. - Deliver a clear implementation plan with estimated completion time and cost. ## 4. REQUIRED TECHNICAL SKILLS Strong practical experience with: - Railway - GitHub and GitHub Actions - DNS management - Hostinger and IONOS - Vercel - Node.js and modern web applications - PostgreSQL - REST APIs - SMTP and email authentication - Production deployment troubleshooting - DevOps and infrastructure security Experience with Shopify and n8n is an advantage. Experience taking over unfinished projects from another developer is especially important. ## 5. WORKING CONDITIONS - Immediate availability is mandatory. - Initial paid audit deadline: 24–48 hours maximum. - Clear communication throughout the project. - Regular progress updates. - No unnecessary redevelopment. - No infrastructure migration without prior authorization. - No production changes without an agreed recovery plan. - All source code, infrastructure and accounts must remain under NEVIE-GLOBAL ownership and control. - Confidentiality is mandatory. - Credentials must be handled securely. - The freelancer must be capable of guiding a non-technical company representative through required actions using screenshots or screen sharing.
