Industrial Marketing Strategist

Expert in marketing and sales of professional engineering services, projects for industrial plants, HVAC installations, low and high voltage installations, fire protection systems, etc. I need an experienced marketing and sales professional to help me secure more construction and installation projects for industrial plants. We specialize in low and high voltage construction and installations, HVAC, and fire protection systems. Our core value proposition is clear: every system we implement is designed for maximum energy efficiency, an advantage that directly reduces operating costs for factories and large-scale facilities. Scope of work: • Design a concise marketing plan targeting plant managers, production engineers, industrial plant finance professionals, and purchasing managers in heavy industry. • Create a prospect list and establish contact sequences (LinkedIn, email, and phone) using any modern CRM of your choice: HubSpot, Zoho, or similar. • Develop a marketing and sales plan, manage social media, design events, and create a blog about standards, projects, and new trends in energy efficiency. • Generate and qualify at least 20 qualified leads and transfer them; or, if you have experience in technical sales, advance the conversations to the proposal stage. Success indicators: • Strategy and timeline documented within the first week. • Delivery of all marketing materials in editable format. • Minimum of 20 qualified leads from the industrial plant sector within 30 days, verified through call notes or emails. While energy efficiency is our core message, we are open to incorporating advanced technology and customized solutions when this strengthens the proposition. Collaboration will be remote; I am available for quick technical clarifications and will provide data sheets, photos of past projects, and performance metrics as needed.
