USPTO Registered Patent Agent/Attorney Needed – Software Non-Provisional Review & Filing

I have an already-drafted U.S. non-provisional utility patent application covering a software/process invention that requires substantive practitioner review, revision where necessary, and filing. Because the applicant is foreign-domiciled, I need a currently registered USPTO patent attorney or patent agent who can represent me before the USPTO, appear as practitioner of record, and electronically file the application through Patent Center. The package is already substantially prepared and includes: - Full draft specification - 20 claims - Approximately seven patent drawings - Technical appendix containing proposed additions - Practitioner review memo - Underlying provisional application This is not a request to draft an application from scratch. I need an experienced practitioner to independently review the complete package, cross-check the non-provisional against the provisional, and strengthen or revise the application where necessary. The review should include §101 subject-matter eligibility, §112 support and enablement, claim scope and structure, provisional priority support, possible new matter, inventorship, and overall prosecution strategy. The technical appendix contains proposed additions that should be separately assessed for disclosure support, priority, inventorship, and whether/how they should be incorporated into the application. For the drawings, I prefer a practical approach: recommend changes where appropriate and implement corrections where needed for a proper filing. If targeted prior-art or patent research is reasonably necessary to improve the claims or prosecution strategy, that should also be addressed. The final deliverable should be a professionally reviewed and revised, filing-ready application together with the necessary USPTO filing documents, followed by electronic filing with the USPTO on my behalf. Completion should include the official USPTO electronic filing acknowledgement/receipt.
