Annual Compliance Management for Small Companies

## Chartered Accountant / CA Firm Required – Annual Compliance for 6 Small Private Limited Companies We are looking for an experienced **practicing Chartered Accountant or CA firm** to handle the annual financial, tax and ROC compliances of **6 small Private Limited Companies**. The companies have relatively limited business transactions and accounting volume. We are therefore looking for a CA/firm who can manage the compliance of all six companies under a **consolidated and cost-effective professional fee arrangement**. ### Scope of Work The engagement is expected to include, as applicable: * Review and finalization of books of accounts * Preparation and finalization of annual financial statements * Statutory audit and issuance of audit report * Filing of Company Income Tax Returns * Filing of **AOC-4** * Filing of **MGT-7 / MGT-7A**, as applicable * Preparation of financial documents required for Board Meetings and AGM * Director KYC and routine annual ROC compliances * Review of previous filings and identification of any pending compliance * Guidance regarding applicable Income Tax, Companies Act and other statutory requirements ### Company Profile * Number of Companies: **6 Private Limited Companies** * Nature: Small/startup companies * Transaction volume: Relatively low * Requirement: Annual financial, audit, Income Tax and ROC compliance * Preference: **Single CA/CA firm to handle all six companies** ### CA / Firm Requirements * Practicing Chartered Accountant with valid **Certificate of Practice (COP)** * Experience with Indian Private Limited Companies * Experience in statutory audits, Income Tax Returns and MCA/ROC filings * Ability to complete compliances within applicable statutory deadlines * Clear communication regarding documents and pending requirements * Willingness to provide a **fixed consolidated quotation for all 6 companies** ### Please Mention in Your Proposal 1.
