Exam Supervision Friedrichshafen 9 Oct

On 9 October 2026 we are looking for a person supervising a small paper-based exam in Friedrichshafen for fewer than ten candidates. Your primary duty is to distribute the sealed exam booklets and answer sheets exactly according to my instructions and then gather every sheet once time is called. While the test is in progress you will simply maintain a quiet, distraction-free room; no special accommodations or technical assistance are expected. Plan to arrive about 15 minutes before the start so you can tick off the attendance list. After distribution you’ll monitor the room, note the official start and end times, and remind candidates of the rules when necessary. When the session ends, you will collect, count, and re-send all scripts back to us. We are providing the printed material and the retour label. The entire commitment, including setup and pack-down, should take no more than two hours. Please confirm that you can be on-site in Friedrichshafen on the specified date.
