I have a government renovation project moving into the design-development stage and need a qualified civil/structural engineer to wrap the entire pre-construction package into one coherent set of deliverables. Your core task is to visit site, verify existing conditions, and translate that information into drawings, quantities, and specifications that a contractor can price and build from without ambiguity. Scope of work • Site surveys and technical inspections that cover structural integrity, safety compliance, and environmental impact. I expect photographs, annotated sketches, and concise inspection notes for each building element you assess. • Accurate site measurements and quantity calculations. Every dimension must reconcile with the drawings and feed directly into the BOQ worksheet. • Civil drawings and layouts: architectural plans, detailed structural framing, and utility/service layouts. Draft in AutoCAD (or compatible) using layers and naming that align with common BIS/IS codes. • Bills of Quantities (BOQ) broken down by trade, itemised in CSI format, delivered in editable Excel. Rates are not required—just the quantified take-off. • Technical specifications for every civil and renovation work item, referencing the relevant Indian Standards where appropriate. Acceptance criteria 1. Drawings match measured site data ±5 mm tolerance. 2. BOQ totals cross-check with drawing quantities with <2 % variance. 3. Specifications cite current IS codes and include workmanship, materials, and testing clauses. 4. All files delivered in native formats (DWG, XLSX, DOCX/PDF) plus a compiled PDF set for submission.
