Automated Frozen-Pizza Production Line Development

I want to build a turnkey, fully automated frozen-pizza production line that runs smoothly from flour handling right through to spiral freezing and hand-off to packaging. My bakery already operates several pieces of machinery, yet this project scales things up considerably, so I need a process-engineering partner who can translate bakery know-how into high-volume frozen-food practice. Where I most need your expertise • Dough make-up and continuous sheeting/rolling • Proofing parameters and conveyor design • Precise topping application in sync with line speed, cheese toping and other topings • dough cutting accoridng to size, with (including the Rim Cutter and Rotary Cutter as confirmed). • Oven selection and thermal profile (conveyor, deck, or rotary rack—show me which makes most sense) • Integration of the spiral freezing. What I expect you to deliver 1. A complete process flow diagram and all machine solidworks drawing one by one and line layoutshowing every machine from dough mixer to freezer. 2. Equipment specifications with recommended suppliers, throughput, footprint, and utility requirements. 3. Controls and automation concept If available 4. A phased implementation roadmap with installation, commissioning, and validation milestones. 5. Estimated operating costs and efficiency benchmarks so I can build the financial model. Acceptance criteria • All capacities balanced to a single weakest link; no bottlenecks above 80 % utilisation at design speed. • HACCP and food-safety compliance detailed for each step. • Drawings and docs delivered in editable native format.
