Business Development Executives

We are looking for Freelance Business Development Executives for field-based business development across Delhi NCR, with a primary focus on Gurgaon and Noida. We are Purple Uniforms, a school uniform designing and manufacturing company. Our clients are schools, and we are looking for proactive freelancers who can help us expand our school network and generate genuine business opportunities. What you will be responsible for: Identify and approach potential schools in the assigned area. Visit schools personally and connect with management, principals, administrators, purchase teams, or other relevant decision-makers. Introduce our company and school uniform solutions professionally. Generate qualified leads and secure meetings with interested schools. Follow up with prospects and maintain communication until the opportunity/meeting is handed over to our internal team. Provide regular updates on schools approached, responses received, follow-ups and meetings generated.

Who we are

looking for: Someone comfortable with field sales and regular school visits. Must have their own conveyance for travelling locally. Strong communication, networking, negotiation and relationship-building skills. Should be self-driven and capable of working independently in the assigned territory. Good understanding of the Delhi NCR market would be an advantage. Preferred Experience: Candidates who have previously worked with schools will be strongly preferred. Experience in school uniforms, EdTech, educational products/services, school supplies, publishing, or B2B sales to educational institutions would be highly relevant.
