AI Training Engineer — Fine-Tune Domain Q&A Model frontend/backend for KnowEaseAI What We're Building KnowEaseAI is an AI-powered interview prep platform for data engineers and ML practitioners. We need an ML engineer to fine-tune a domain-specific LLM on our support tickets and learner chat data so it can answer platform and domain questions accurately in real time. Deliverables 1. Cleaned, anonymised, documented training dataset (train/val/test splits) 2. Minimal production API endpoint (FastAPI/Flask, hostable on our infrastructure) Mandatory Selection Process We screen all candidates through our own platform: 1. Ideal Candidate - Proven LLM fine-tuning, backend experience - Experience with support automation, RAG, or domain chatbots It's hourly priced job. Minimum 15-20 hr/week required. 8-10 month contract hourly price 1250 - 2500 INR based on pre-requisite complete and expertise.
