Enhance .NET MAUI RestaurantPOS

I have an in-house point-of-sale called RestaurantPOS, written in C# with .NET MAUI, targeting both Windows desktop and Android. Data is stored locally in SQLite and the core solution already builds and runs, but the user experience needs polishing. The immediate goal is to refine the interface so it feels equally natural on a touchscreen tablet at the counter and on a keyboard-and-mouse workstation in the back office. That means responsive layouts, larger touch targets where appropriate, and shortcut-friendly controls for power users. While doing so, I’d like you to keep the codebase clean (MVVM, dependency injection, async database calls) and make sure the SQLite layer remains fast and stable as records grow. If you spot any architectural issues during the UI work, recommendations or small refactors are welcome.
