Responsibilities

Engage with business units to understand their goals, challenges, and workflows. Conduct thorough requirements gathering sessions, including interviews, workshops, and surveys. Develop detailed business requirement documents, user stories, and process flow diagrams. Work closely with project managers, developers, and QA teams to ensure successful implementation. Analyze data and generate reports to support decision-making and track project performance. Identify risks, issues, and dependencies related to business requirements and propose mitigation strategies. Facilitate communication between technical teams and business stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle. Stay current with industry trends and best practices to recommend innovative solutions.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field. Proven experience as a Business Analyst or similar role, preferably in a corporate or technology-driven environment. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels. Proficiency in requirements management tools and techniques (e.g., JIRA, Confluence, MS Visio). Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall project methodologies. Ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable insights. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications

Certification in Business Analysis (e.g., CBAP, PMI-PBA) is a plus. Experience working in cross-functional teams and with remote stakeholders. Knowledge of industry-specific software or tools relevant to the business domain.
