Build Telegram Printflow Business System

Build Printflow, a Telegram-based business system for a printing and paper-bag business. The Owner and Manager send customer POs, supplier and customer documents (PDFs, scans, photos, and Word, Excel and CSV files), and natural-language instructions. An LLM interprets them. Python performs all permissions, validation, calculations, approvals and posting, writing to CSV files as the system of record. Every input becomes a draft for review before anything posts. Corrections are linked compensating records, never edits. Start with the core: permissions, the transaction journal, CSV storage, and document intake. Follow the three specification files exactly, and run every acceptance test before reporting back.
