# Project Title: Website for Selling Used Forklifts with Custom Admin Panel ## Project Overview I am looking for an experienced developer to build a professional, modern, SEO-friendly website for selling used forklifts and material handling equipment in India. The website should function as an online catalogue where customers can browse available used forklifts, view detailed specifications, check prices, see photos and videos, and contact us through WhatsApp or enquiry forms. The most important requirement is an easy-to-use backend panel that allows us to independently manage our complete inventory without any coding knowledge. ## Key Requirements ### 1. Website Design and Frontend - Professional, modern, and mobile-responsive WordPress website. - Homepage showcasing featured forklifts and recently added inventory. - Dedicated inventory page displaying all available forklifts. - Individual listing pages for each machine. - Clean navigation and user-friendly design. - Product image gallery and video support. - Contact Us, About Us, and other essential pages. ### 2. Custom Forklift Listing and Inventory Management Each forklift should have its own listing with structured fields, rather than being managed as a regular blog post. The admin panel should allow us to: - Add, edit, duplicate, and delete forklift listings. - Upload multiple images and videos for each machine. - Update prices, specifications, descriptions, and locations. - Change availability status to Available, Reserved, or Sold. - Automatically reflect backend changes on the live website. - Hide sold machines from available inventory while retaining their records in the backend. - Mark selected machines as featured listings. - Bulk import and update forklift listings using Excel/CSV files. - Manage inventory without editing code. ### 3. Forklift Specifications Each listing should support the following custom fields: - Brand and model - Manufacturing year - Lifting capacity - Fuel type: Diesel, Electric, LPG, etc. - Operating hours - Mast type and maximum lifting height - Fork dimensions - Battery details, where applicable - Tyre condition - Overall machine condition - Selling price - Location - Warranty details, if applicable - Product images and videos - Detailed description - Stock ID and availability status The fields should be configurable so that additional specifications can be added later. ### 4. Search and Filter Functionality Customers should be able to search and filter available forklifts by: - Brand - Lifting capacity - Fuel type - Manufacturing year - Price range - Location - Machine condition - Availability The inventory page should display results clearly, with sorting options such as price, newest listings, and featured machines. ### 5. WhatsApp and Enquiry Management - WhatsApp enquiry button on every forklift listing. - WhatsApp messages should automatically include the relevant forklift model or listing ID. - Request a Quote form on each listing. - Customer details should include name, phone number, email, and enquiry message. - Enquiries should be stored in the WordPress backend. - Admin email notifications for new enquiries. - Basic lead status management, such as New, Contacted, Negotiation, and Converted. ### 6.
