Multi-Model AI Video Creation Platform – Prototype

I'm looking for an experienced freelance developer to build a private, web-based multi-modal AI video creation platform prototype from scratch. The platform should allow users to enter a written prompt or idea and automatically turn it into a finished video using different AI models. It should integrate AI for script generation, image generation, video generation, voice generation and audio, then automatically combine everything into a finished video. Users should be able to preview completed videos, download projects and regenerate individual scenes without having to recreate the entire video. The platform should have a flexible architecture that allows different AI models and providers to be integrated or replaced in the future. The initial goal is to develop a working prototype that I can test and expand over time. I require ownership of the completed source code and intellectual property. The target completion date for the initial prototype is 8 February 2027. Please provide your proposed hourly rate and an estimated number of development hours required to complete the project. I would also like a breakdown of the expected hours and costs for the main development stages. I want to agree on the estimated hours, hourly rate and project scope before work begins. If additional time or work is expected beyond the original estimate, please discuss it with me and obtain my approval before proceeding. The aim is to have a working, tested prototype completed within approximately three months.
