Custom PCB Design – ESP32 LoRa Transmitter & Receiver (Ethernet/4G LTE)

We are looking for a custom offer for the complete electronic schematic and PCB design of two related devices: 1. **LoRa Transmitter:** ESP32 + RFM95W (915–928 MHz), 6 programmable buttons, status LED, USB programming, replaceable battery with low-power operation, and LoRa antenna. Maximum PCB size: approximately 40 × 100 mm. 2. **LoRa Receiver:** ESP32 or similar MCU + RFM95W, Ethernet, 4G LTE with SIM card (compatible with Chilean networks), 1 programmable button, 2 LEDs, USB programming, and a relay to control an external device powered by 12 VDC. The PCB will be powered by an external 12 VDC supply. We need both designs to be ready for manufacturing and assembly through PCBWay or JLCPCB, including editable source files, schematics, Gerbers, BOM, and Pick & Place files. **Firmware development is not required**, as we will handle it ourselves. We have also attached a document containing the complete technical requirements and detailed specifications for both devices. We are looking for the most cost-effective solution possible.
